Calprotectin Test
Reason The Test Or Operation Was Carried Out:
This test is to look for signs of gut inflammation without invasive tests. It's used a lot for helping to diagnose inflammatory bowel disease IBD.
What Was Your Experience Of The Test/Operation:
My son had to just collect a loose or mucus stool sample and send to the lab.
After Care:
The test itself is problem free so no after care needed. Will have to wait for results.
