Parentsown.co.uk Surveys

Parentsown.co.uk have created some surveys which we are asking our users to complete. The surveys cover a number of conditions as well as experiences of the medical profession.

Where appropriate we aim to use the results of the surveys to help inform the healthcare professionals on where people need support and how the conditions that they or their children have affect their lives.

All surveys can be taken anonymously and the results are only shared as aggregated data so no answers will be attributed to individuals.
