Tuna Cannelloni

1 onion. 1 courgette. sweetcorn. other veg of your choice. oatly cream. cannelloni (egg free). pasta sauce. water.
1) fry finely chopped onions, courgettes and any other veg of your choice. 2) mix some tinned tuna up with the carton of oatly cream and then add it to the onion/veg mix. 3) Add some sweetcorn. 4) Use this mixture to stuff the cannelloni. 5) Lay the stuffed cannellon in an greased oven proof dish. 6) Pour a pasta sauce over the top (add some extra water to it to ensure it covers all the pasta) - my fav is Lloyd Grossman sauces. 7) bake in oven till pasta is cooked. This usually takes about 45mins but look at instructions on your cannelloni packet.
