Strawberry Mousse - dairy free, soya free and egg free

Ingredients:
For 6:
135g packet strawberry jelly
225ml oat cream
6 fresh stawberries
Method:
1) prepare the jelly as directed on packet and cool in the fridge till is is just starting to set.
2) mix the cream with the semi-set jelly in a food processor and blend well.
3) pour into bowls or glasses and put in fridge for 3 hours.
4) place fresh strawberry on top of each mousse.
