Spiced Tikka Kebabs

Ingredients:
2 tbsp of a suitable tikka paste
150g / 5oz of Oatly cream
juice of half a lime
4 spring onions chopped
350g skinless chicken breasts in bitesized pieces
lime wedges for serving
Method:
1) preheat grill
2) make the marinade by mixing together the tikka paste with Oatly, lime juice and spring onions.
3) add the chicken to the marinade and toss well then thread the chicken onto skewers.
4) grill for 10minutes on each side and keep basting with more marinade throughout. serve with lime wedges.
