Sausages, Beans and Potato Patty

4 dairy/soya/wheat free sausages (meat or vegetarian) 200g suitable baked beans 400g mashed potato - mixed with a little dairy-free margarine e.g Pure 4 tablespoons flour / gluten-free flour 2 teaspoons gluten-free baking powder 50g dairy-free butter/margarine e.g Pure 2 tablespoons oil
1) coook the sausages as per pack instructions. 2) warm beans in a saucepan 3) to make the patty - in a bowl, combine the flour and baking powder and then rub in the margarine to make breadcrumbs. add the mashed potato and form a dough. knead the dough till it leaves the sides of the bowl clean. 4) make the dough into round shapes and cook in an oiled frying pan, turning half way through. 5) serve hot. for younger kids you may like to serve as a funny face - 2 pattys make eyes, sausages make a nose and baked beans make a mouth. It also looks nice with the pattys on the bottom, sausages criss-crossed on top and beans poured over the top.
