Rainbow Treats (perfect for Easter too!)

200g of dairy/soya free chocolate.
100g dairy-free butter - the dairy-free hard butter (Stork) is better but can use Pure instead.
100g golden syrup.
200g marshmallows (halved) - check brand carefully for gluten.
100g pink wafer biscuits (to make it gluten free try the gluten free Pink Panther vanilla wafer biscuits)
pack of whizzers mini chocolate eggs (health food shops, Morrisons and waitrose).
1) place chocolate, butter and syrup into saucepan and heat gently.
2) stir in marshmallows and crushed wafers.
3) pour chocolate mixture into a 20x20cm tin and top with the mini eggs.
4) place in the fridge and leave overnight to set. cut into squares and serve.
