Quick cook Creamy spaghetti with bacon and spinach
serves 2:
250g spaghetti
150g bacon
200g mushrooms
100g young leaf spinach
150ml Oatly Cream
1 small onion
garlic clove
Optional - if you can eat nuts then you could throw in some pine nuts. You could also try adding a little lemon juice and a little sugar to the cream to give it a lemon flavour.
1) start cooking the spaghetti in a saucepan, according to the pack instructions.
2) fry the onion, small clove garlic, strips of bacon and mushrooms in a frying pan till cooked and browned.
3) throw in the spinach leaves and add the cream. stir till heated through well.
4) remove from heat and stir into the spaghetti. season.
