Mini burgers - free-from!

Ingredients:
500g minced beef
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
salt and pepper to season
serves about 10 children
Method:
1) combine all ingredients in a bowl
2) form the mixture into small burger shapes
3) preheat the grill and place on a rack under a medium setting for about 5 minutes either side till well cooked.
Great for parties and nice served in a bun with lettuce.
