Kebabs - great fun for kids to make and eat!

2 skinless chicken breasts 1 packet cherry tomatoes 1 packet baby sweetcorn 1 packet button mushrooms 2 courgettes, chopped 4 tablespoons olive oil
1) soak wooden skewers for 30minutes in cold water. or use metal skewers (get very hot though!) 2) cut chicken into cubes. 3) cut baby sweetcorn in half and slice the courgettes. 4) thread ingredients onto skewer randomly and brush with oil. 5) grill or bbq till cooked. turn frequently to prevent burning Other variations you could try: sausages and pineapple! chicken, bacon and vegetables! lamb or pork instead of apple. or make a sweet fruit variety and drizzle with maple syrup before grilling.
