Ingredients:
2 tins of cannellini beans or butter beans
2 cloves garlic
generous squeeze of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of olive oil
salt & pepper
Method:
1) Blend the beans in a food processor and slowly add the garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
2) Serve warm with breadsticks, crusty bread, vegetable sticks, toasted pitta bread strips or tortilla's (check ingredients carefully to ensure they are safe for your diet).
