Guacamole Dip - dairy and gluten free
2 large ripe avocados
1 lemon - juiced
1/2 - 1 teaspoon chilli powder
salt and pepper to season (optional)
Something to serve it with - vegetable batons, tortilla chips (try Tesco value they are dairy free and wheat free), chunky crisps, even chips! Or you can add it to chicken in fajita wraps.
1) Cut avocados in half, remove stones and then scoop out the flesh and mash it in a bowl with a fork until it's a smooth paste.
2) squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the avocado - mix well. Add the chilli powder and season. Mix till smooth and then move to the fridge till needed.
