Ingredients: 

Makes 20 breadsticks

100g Corn Flour (the white one not maize flour)
100g Rice Flour
50g Potato Flour (I used plain free from flour)
1.5tsp dried yeast
Half teasponn Xantham Gum or half an egg 
1 tbsp Sugar
0.5 tsp Salt
50g Pure Sunflower Spread
180g Water (if using egg, then reduce volume accordingly)
Vegetable or sunflower oil
 

Method: 

Heat oven to 190 degrees.
 

Mix together dry ingredients and then rub in the Pure Spread until breadcrumb texture.

Add Water gradually until like a thick cake mix and then beat for 2 mins to rid of the lumps.

Pipe mixture into long sticks (a piping bag or a sandwich bag with a corner cut off).

Brush with sunflower oil or vegetable oil and then sprinkle with some salt (optional).

Bake for 15 min until golden and then allow to cool.
