Dairy Free Smoothies - variety of flavours

Try making these flavours: Mango and Banana: 150ml cold dairy-free milk. 50g mango. half a banana. Peach Melba: 150ml cold dairy-free milk. half banana. 50g tinned peaches in natural juice. 1 tablespoon peach juice from the can. Banana: 150ml cold dairy-free milk. half a banana. pinch of cinnamon. strawberry and Pear: 150ml cold dairy-free milk. 50g strawberries. 50g tinned pear in natural juice. Strawberry and Banana: 150ml cold dairy-free milk. 50g strawberries. half a banana. If your child needs high calories then you could also mix in some dairy-free icecream - such as Booja Booja or B Nice Rice Cream..... Golden syrup or honey would also add some extra calories and sweeten it.
mix ingredients together in food mixer or use a hand blender. serve in a tall glass with a straw!
