Dairy Free Fruit with hazelnuts and chocolate sauce

this makes enough for 2 people - double for 4 people.
1 bananas
1 nectarine or orange
25ml hazelnuts
for the chocolate sauce you will need:
1.5 tablespoons caster sugar
half tablespoon cocoa
1.5 tablespoon golden syrup
half tablespoon of Pure margarine or similar.
25ml Oatly Cream or similar
1) make the chocolate sauce by whisking all ingredients together in a saucepan and bring to boil for a few minutes stirring well.
2)slice nectarines/oranges and cut into pieces.
3)slice the banana thinly.
4)place hazelnuts in a heated dry saucepan and roast the nuts till brown. turn them regularly.
5)remove the peel on the nuts and chop them into small pieces.
6)place the sliced nectarines/oranges and bananas in a nice bowl/glass and pour the chocolate sauce over the top. sprinkle the baked hazelnuts on top.
Optional - you could also pour some Oatly Cream (chilled for a few hours to thicken) over the top or serve with some dairy-free icecream e.g Booja Booja or B Nice Ricecream
