Dairy Free Baked Bananas

Ingredients:
bananas (1 per person) dairy-free chocolate
Method:
1) preheat your oven to 190c/gas mark 5
2) make a slit down the banana, cutting through the skin and slightly into the flesh. keep each end of the banana intact.
3) push chunks of dairy free chocolate into the slit and cover back over with the skin.
4) wrap in foil and place in the oven for about 10minutes
5) remove the foil and serve it on it's own, or with some dairy-free icecream / Oatly cream etc.
