Ingredients:
1kg baking potatoes 150ml olive oil 1.5 tablespoons dried mixed herbs or 1.5 tablespoons rosemary optional - a few cloves garlic, split in half.
Method:
1) wash the potatoes and chop into wedges. rinse. 2) preheat oven to 200c / gas mark 7 3) pour olive oil into baking tin and preheat in oven. 4) add the potatoes and either sprinkle with the dried mixed herbs OR sprinkle with dried rosemary and throw in a few garlic cloves, split in half. 5) bake for 45-50minutes, turning frequently.
