Ingredients:
1kg potatoes
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large red chilli - deseeded and finely sliced
sauteed bacon, chopped into pieces.
Method:
1) peel and cut potatoes into wedges.
2) place in bowl of the oil and sesame seeds and toss till covered.
3) put in baking dish and cook on 220c / gas mark 7 for 30minutes.
4) add the red chillli and sauteed bacon and cook for another 15 minutes. shake the pan regularly.
