Crafty Chefs Zero Zebras Chocolate Hedgehogs

100g Chocolate (3 bars Zero Zebra dairy/soy/nut-free chocolate couverture)
4 tablespoons oat flakes or gluten free oats
4 teaspoons grated coconut
1) ASK AN ADULT to boil the water. Carefully pour the water into the pot (or high-rimmed pan). Place the small saucepan in the water, do not splash!
2) Break the chocolate into pieces and put in the saucepan. Wait 5 minutes and stir occasionally. The chocolate will slowly melt.
3) When all chocolate has melted, add the oat flakes and grated coconut to the chocolate. Stir the mixture briefly.
4) Use one tablespoon to scoop a small blob onto the greaseproof paper, use the second spoon to tip the mixture from the first spoon.
5) Put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
