Ingredients: 

Serves 4

200g dairy and gluten free dark chocolate

170ml water

Method: 

1) Break the chocolate into a heat proof bowl and add the water.

2) Place the bowl into a saucepan of boiling water and heat gently until the chocolate has melted.

3) Once melted, remove the bowl from the saucpan and place it into another basin/bowl containing  iced water and whisk it until the mixture stiffens.  

4) Spoon into glasses or dishes and decorate with fresh berries, grated chocolate or any other ideas you have. Keep in the fridge till ready to eat.
