Ingredients: 

ngredients This quantity makes 12 cupcakes - if you want to make a large cake then use 2.5-3 times this quantity and cook for longer. 1oz Pure margarine. 3oz caster sugar. 2tbsp golden syrup. 1tsp bicarbonate of soda. 200ml rice / oat milk. 6oz self raising flour. 10z cocoa powder.

Method: 

Instructions 1) cream sugar, marg and golden syrup 2) dissolve bicarb in the milk 3) mix flour and cocoa powder 4) mix altogether 5) pour mixture into cake cases and cook on 180c for 15mins
