Chocolate Brownies - dairy and egg free!

Hi a friend gave me a lovely recipe for dairy/egg/soya free brownies. I am guessing you can make it gluten / wheat free too if you buy special flour? It only takes about 5-10mins to make and easy for kids to join in with! you need: 170g self raising flour. 2 tbsp cocoa. 170g caster sugar. 5 tbsp of oil (not olive oil as strong taste - i used vegetable oil). 230ml of rice/oat milk. 1.5 tsp vanilla essence.
Directions: 1. mix all dry ingredients together 2. add wet ingredients and mix well. 3. poor into a suitable oven dish 4. bake for 25mins on about 180c. I found that my oven was better cooking it on slightly lower heat for slightly longer to stop it browning on top too much. also, you can choose how moist you want it by adjusting the cooking time. just a few minutes less cooking left a slightly gooey yummy middle to it! hope you like it!
