Chillied Prawn Skewers

Ingredients: 

For family of 4

10 green chillies, halved lengthways and deseeded

20 raw king prawns

5 tablespoons olive oil

seasoning and lemon wedges for serving

Method: 

1) Wrap half a green chilli round each prawn - if you don't want it this spicy then try to cut a thin sliver from each half.

2) thread 5 prawns onto each of the 4 skewers or soaked bamboo stick.

3) place the skewers in a dish and cover with the oil and seasoning and put in fridge to marinade for 20minutes.

4) place on a grill or a bbq and cook for around 4-5minutes on each side. Add more marinade whilst you cook them.

Serve with just lemon wedges or on a bed of salad
