Beef Cannelloni

1 onion. 1 carrot. 1 courgette. any other veg you like. 250g beef mince. pasta sauce. water. oatly cream. cannelloni.
1) fry the onions and carrot for 5 minutes. 2) add the beef mince and other vegetables and fry for another 5mins till mince is cooked. 3) add half the pasta sauce 4) use this mixture to stuff the cannelloni 5) lay the stuffed cannelloni down in a greased ovenproof dish. 6) you can then pour the other half of the pasta sauce with some added water over the top. 7) pour the oatly cream carton on top 8) cook according to instructions on cannelloni packet - usually about 45minutes.
