Banana Shake

Ingredients:
250ml rice milk (or another dairy free alternative)
2 ripe bananas - sliced
2 ice cubes - crushed
Method:
1) Put the milk, crushed ice and banana in a smoothie maker or blender.
2) Blend until smooth.
Done!!
You can add calories to it for younger children with honey, dairy free icecream (e.g Worthenshaws) or dairy free cream if you like.
