5 minute Crunchies! Dairy and soya free!

1 pack of Julian Graves Cinder Toffee (300g) (contains wheat and gluten)
1 bar of dairy free chocolate (we buy Organica swiss couverture fromm Goodness Direct online - note it does contain traces of nuts)
1) Melt the chocolate in a pyrex bowl over a pan of simmering water.
2) Place to the side and allow to cool slighty for about 3-4 minutes.
2) Start by adding about quarter of the cinder toffee and then slowly add more until all the chocolate is used up and each piece of toffee is completely covered in chocolate (make sure they are generously covered or they won't be very chocolatey - you can pour a little more chocolate over at the end).
3) Gently remove each piece of chocolate covered toffee from the bowl and place onto greaseproof paper. This is the time you can pour a little more chocolate over each one if you want to. Leave to cool and allow the chocolate to harden round the toffee.
When its ready, store in an airtight container. Makes a great party treat or just an alternative chocolate treat for kids on dairy free diets.
