recurrent mouth ulcers - possible causes

Did you know recurrent mouth ulcers can be caused by a deficiency in vitamin b12 (due to not enough in diet or an inability to absorb it - especially if you have gut problems), iron or folate?
You can ask your GP for a blood test to check if your child is deficient.
