Orange and Raisen Loaf (dairy and egg free)

200g self raising flour (or wheat free option). half tsp bicarbinate of soda. 50g pure margarine. 100g caster sugar. grated rind and juice of half an orange. 150g raisens. oat / rice / alternative milk.
1) mix flour and bicarb. 2) rub in margarine and then mix in sugar, orange rind and raisens 3) make the juice of half an orange up to 100ml with milk. add dry ingredients to this and mix. 4) place in a 2Ib greased loaf tin and cook for 1.5 hours on 160c.
