Forced Vaccination
It has come to my attention that The Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) have taken over control of the UK vaccination schedule and now have the power to bring in new vaccines without government approval even if they haven't been safely tested. Prior to this, all new vaccines would have to pass through parliament and be voted on before they were introduced. Now the government is compelled to agree with anything JCVI say, even if there is no science to back it up.
You can download minutes of a joint committee meeting on vaccination and immunisation on18th February 2009 from the internet. You will see that they plan to use the force of law to ensure that we all participate in vaccination programmes. They also plan to use this to vaccinate our children without our consent. There is also talk of taking children into care if parents do not give consent to vaccinations. http://www.dh.gov.uk/prod_consum_dh/groups/dh_digitalassets/@dh/@ab/docu...
There are members of the committee who are also on the boards of the drug companies who make vaccines and so are profiting from their recommendations.

I'm a little confused, this doesn't mean that untested drugs "hit the streets" as such though does it?
The drugs would still have to go through extensive testing by the drugs companies and get approved by the MHRA wouldn't they?
Does this new group not actually give you more confidence? It's made up of people who are doctors, physicians etc rather than a bunch of politicians who have no clue about drugs, their effects etc and could easily be swayed by less scrupulous "professionals".
I haven't read the document you attached thoroughly yet, but your other comments are worrying, is it really so that we can be forced to have our kids immunised?
I know I'm replying after about 10 mins of my previous posts, but I was shocked, Margaret it looks like you are right!!
I read the small paragraph in the document you provided where it hints at the fact that they will make it law for everyone to have vaccinations (including children) if the JCVI decide it should be compulsory... As it wasn't very explicit I Google'd it a bit and found out more. See:
http://www.vaccineriskawareness.com/Vaccination-And-Your-Legal-Rights read the part on Changes to the Law on Vaccination in summary and taking the exact words from vaccineriskawareness.com
".... This appears one step from compulsory vaccination for children regardless of parental views or concerns."
What can we do about this?
On another blog I found a link to a site that gives you details of your local MP... Should we all start writing to them with our concerns (assuming others like me have real concerns about this?) The link is: http://www.writetothem.com/?keyword=writing%20to%20mp&creativeid=6052352...
Worrying, very worrying.
You are right, this is outrageous and very worrying.
We are sleepwalking into a very dangerous situation and I think we should be making a big noise about it. I have written to my MP and I think all concerned parents should do the same. There was a protest outside the House of Lords yesterday. Why was this not reported in the media? Why do programmes like Panaroma and Jeremy Vine not report on this? Pharmaceutical companies make enormous profits and they make huge donations to political parties. This is very dirty business and a scandal much greater than MP's expenses.
I don't have daughters, but my friends do, and they pointed out that when they received the consent forms for the HPV vaccine it says in small print at the bottom that even if the parents do not consent, they can still vaccinate if the child consents!
So the parent can go to prison if the child plays truant from school, but they can vaccinate our children without our consent! This cannot be right.
We are not the only country doing this either. Take a look at this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eB7OwPk5Z78
it is very scary.
In order to make an informed and balanced choice regarding vaccination take a look at this video

I have written to my MP and received a response from the Department of Health which I find wholly unacceptable. Amongst other things, it says ‘the NHS vaccination right for a child therefore does not override a parent’s responsibility to give consent or withhold it’.
Contrast that with what www.immunisation.nhs.uk/hpv says about the HPV vaccine currently being given to girls:-
Do I have to have it?
Vaccination is not compulsory – consent will be needed before the vaccination. For 12- to 13-year-olds it is most likely that a consent form signed by your parent or guardian will need to be supplied before the vaccine is given. Girls aged 16 and over are legally able to consent for themselves
What if I want the vaccination but my parents would rather I didn’t have it?
You should ask your parents to discuss this with your doctor or nurse to get more information about HPV vaccine, which will protect you against cervical cancer. Once you are 16, the decision is legally yours. Even if you are under 16, if you can show that you fully understand what is involved in having the vaccination, you can still decide for yourself. It is recommended that girls talk to their parents when making the decision. It is important that your parents appreciate that having the vaccination now will protect you from the most common cause of cervical cancer for many years to come. (No-one knows as yet how long protection lasts.)
And the back of the letter sent to parents from Dr Jane Wells, Consultant in Public Health, NHS Berkshire West entitled “Beating Cervical Cancer” which says:-
What if she wants the vaccination but, as her parents, we’d rather she didn’t have it?
You should discuss this with your doctor or nurse to get more advice. The decision is legally hers as long as she understands the issues in giving consent
but the nurse would much rather have your permission as well. It is important for your daughter’s future to appreciate that having the vaccination now will
protect her from the most common cause of cervical cancer for many years to come.
Which version are we to believe and since when did you become an adult at 16?
I have asked my MP to clarify exactly how many members of the JCVI have financial and professional associations with vaccine manufacturers. I think at least 22 have links to GSK, 13 to Sanofi Pasteur and 2 to Wyeth. How can they possibly offer impartial advice?
If you feel strongly about this then please write to your MP about it.
