Please help with our EGID Survey

Parentsown have put together a survey for parents of children with EGID so that we can start to learn more about the condition and what life is like living with the condition.
We hope to be able to send the results to healthcare professionals so that they can learn more about people's real life experience of the disorders. Please use the link below to take the survey.
