TGI Fridays have updated their menu and it now says whether a product is lactose free or gluten free. They told us they are happy to change meals around to meet dietary requirements and they have a range of foods on the kids menu which are free from either gluten, dairy, soya or egg - their bbq chicken meal is free from all of 4 of those allergens! Check the ingredients haven't changed when you visit though. Well done TGI!!

Stoke Park is a lovely place for families in the summer. There are green areas you can walk around, a park with swings, climbing frames etc and there is also a shallow paddling pool that is easy to access for families with a child with mobility problems. Stoke Park is ok for wheelchairs and buggys. You can park very close to the park entrance.
