We are trying to learn more about people's experiences of GORD. If your child/children has/have GORD please complete the survey so that we can learn more about your personal experience of the condition. Your answers will be anonymous but we will collate all of the results and publish our findings.

Thanks for filling it in, we've taken a sneaky peek at some of the results and we think it's going to make some interesting reading.

Of course we'll publish the results on the site once we have them, we just want to make sure we have lots of data to make any findings robust.

Great to have you on the site too, we're really new and trying hard to get new, interesting and relevant information up so it's great to have you joining in.
