Egg free swine flu jab

Has anyone heard of the swine flu vaccine that isn't cultured in eggs?

Apparently there is one for people who have allergies to eggs but I haven't managed to find much yet.

My son is egg intolerant so we are having the egg-free jab. You should ask your GP or practice Nurse about it as some surgeries don't give it. We have to go to an NHS drop-in clinic to get ours done next week. Hope your surgery can help you.

Our kids have now had the first of the two swine flu jabs and I just wanted to reassure any worried parents that they haven't experienced any bad side-effects. The site of the jab was a little sore the next day but that was it - no fever or illness! Only problem is they aren't too keen to have the 2nd one now they know it hurts!!! it'll take a trip to the toy shop to get them there!
