cradle cap

Hi

My 22 month old and 4 year old still get cradle cap - is this normal?

my youngest had it severely at one time and we got rid of most of it by using olive oil and a comb.

It's much better now but still hasn't gone completely. I don't know if any other children still have it as old as 4? Or could it be eczema or something and I'm just assuming it's cradle cap?
