A leaflet outlining some of the symptoms of GORD (Gastro Oesophageal Reflux Disorder), what causes it and how it is managed. This leaflet is intended to be filled in by the carer of the child with Gastro Oesophageal Reflux Disorder (GORD) so that they can hand it to their child's school to allow the school to better understand the condition and how to manage it.
