God you have been through so so much (and are still going through a lot each day). I cannot begin to imagine how hard it has been for you all. Ben is so brave - you all are! I really hope the pain stays away and that GOSH are able to give you more information when you go in 3 weeks.
You are doing a great job and Ben is lucky to have such a strong mum and supportive family.
My 2 are doing ok. Found out today that our local consultant has finally agreed to write the referral to the feeding team at GOSH so i hope we get to see someone in a few months. We want to see them before we have our review with Dr Shah in July so they can give their opinion on how much of his problems are physical pain and how much is psychological/anxiety. He was off food early in the week again and complaining of tummy pain but has been more settled the last few days and has eaten a little bit. he still mainly eats his cereals but sometimes gives other stuff a go on a good day.
Our eldest is doing well in terms of the EGID and his eating has come on loads - I am so proud of him as he's really trying to eat new foods. He's a bit emotional at the moment though and has been crying at school for me - that breaks my heart. I think he just gets tired easily and the days are a bit long for him. Poor thing.
Anyway, I hope you are okay and that things get better for you all soon,
