hi helen

sorry i've been out of touch. we had a rotten virus on weekend and our eldest is being slow to recover and just can't stop coughing. he keeps throwing up from coughing (which made me realise he must stil have a weakness there). i'm only just feel better too (i think that's tiredness though!) so far we've had a horrid half term. the furthest we've ventured is the shops!

how is ben's infection now? did it clear? i wonder why he's crying in the mornings - do you think it's pain? or tiredness from disturbed nights?

gutted to hear both of them have this hypermobility. will you be getting a referral for them at gosh?

good luck on nov 3rd. shame we won't see you - we are there a week later! wonder if we'll ever coincide so we can meet up for a coffee?

lucky boy - going to mexico!!! i admit i'm jelous!
