End of Awareness week but only day 6 for Steve

Thank god for the weekend, at least i did not have to rush up this morning.  Having had to take some senna last night thought it had worked, but no luck/  Giving me stomach ache now.  Decided that i would still do the usual Saturday morning ting and do breakfast.  Just bacon rolls this morning, but the smell of the bacon cooking was the worst thing this week.  Just about managed to get through without breaking.

Had 350ml of feed at 1030, stawberry again.  I changed the cup  i had been using yesterday evening and wether the plastic affects the taste or i am starting to get used the feed, because i swear it did not taste too bad.  No, must be the cup i do not think anyone could ever get used to it.

Dropped Josh off for a birthday sleepover at his friends house, cue the usual of Michelle then explaining to the parent what josh can and can't eat, although she has been asking all week for a number, teenagers eh!!

As yesterday when i had no energy for a run, today was the same.  We had loads of plans to start to clear the garage and start to prepare the garden for our move.  I sat down at 2 pm, shattered and barley moved all afternoon.  I also made the cardinal sin of forgetting to make some more feed up, by time i remembered, i had to re-boil a kettle and it was too warm, so into the fridge.   Now if i was eating and missed lunch i would just have a quick snack!  People ( and carers of) kids  on elemental have to be so disciplined in their routine, something i think would drive me insane if i continued like this.

Michelle made a free from lasagne for dinner tonight, have to say not my favourite so i was not all that fussed about not eating, haven't managed the full amount today, so am guessing i will be hungry in the morning.

One more day to go tomorrow, i am planning on having some feed in the morning so i can get off my fat arse and do something tomorrow.

Can't imagine i have noticed much today;

1.  I forgot how much it rains in Northern Ireland

2. My energy levels are very up and down

3. FABED members are wonderful people, so much effort this week to help us raise awareness
